Book early in your inspection period
Most Florida contracts give buyers a short inspection period. Book as soon as your offer is accepted so you have time for follow-ups, like a roofer or electrician, before it runs out.
I work for you, not the deal
Florida law doesn't allow home inspectors to pay agents for referrals or to repair homes they inspect. My job is to tell you the truth about the house, even when it's not what anyone wants to hear.

Should I get an inspection on a new home?
Yes. New homes have defects too. If it's still under construction, see new construction inspections.
What if the inspection finds problems?
Most reports have some. I'll help you separate the big issues from the normal wear, so you know what's worth negotiating.

Yes. They're on the current state forms and signed by a Florida licensed home inspector.
