Who we are
This website belongs to Captain Home Inspector LLC, 13464 SW 281st Ter, Homestead, FL 33033. Phone (786) 566-8836. Owner: Evelio Pereira, Florida licensed home inspector HI18810.
What we collect
What you send us. When you use the quote form, you give us your name, mobile number, the property address, the inspections you need and any note you add. When you call, text or email, we see your number or email address and what you write.
What your browser sends. Like every website, our hosting company (Cloudflare) receives basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type. These are used to keep the site running and to block spam and attacks. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
- To answer your request, give you a quote and schedule your inspection.
- To call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
- To do the inspection and deliver your report, if you book one.
- To keep records the law or our insurance requires.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their marketing.
Who helps us
A few companies handle information for us, only to provide their service:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores quote requests.
- Resend delivers quote requests to our email.
- Namecheap Private Email runs our email.
- If you book, your inspection agreement and report are handled in our inspection software, under the terms of your inspection agreement.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or with your permission (for example, sending your report to your insurance agent or realtor when you ask).
How long we keep it
Quote requests that don't turn into an inspection are deleted within 24 months. Inspection records are kept as long as Florida law and our insurance require.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you. Call or text (786) 566-8836 or email info@captainhomeinspector.com. You can stop texts anytime by replying STOP.
Children
This website is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
